Our Basic Emergency Response Officer Training (ERO) provides your employees with skills and knowledge.

How to take action to change a moment, or even the life of a colleague or visitor to your company. They will be trained to respond and act immediately, without any hesitation to save a victim’s life whilst waiting for an ambulance to arrive.

Crisicom provides this one-day training (from 09:00 to 16:30) which consists of theory and various exercises. In preparation, the student follows an online ERO module.

The participants will learn and practice life-saving actions, including CPR and the use of an AED (automated external defibrillator) and Fire Fighting.
